• Orders requiring prescription verification may take additional time for approval and dispatch.

• Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping is free on orders above ₹499.
• Orders below ₹499 may attract a flat shipping fee of ₹49.
