At Zenvel, we value your trust and are committed to providing only genuine and safe medicines. Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, we follow strict guidelines on cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once the medicine is packed or shipped, we cannot cancel the order due to health safety protocols.

2. Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on medicines except in the following cases:
โ Eligible for Refund or Replacement
- You received the wrong medicine.
- The medicine is damaged or expired upon delivery.
- The medicine delivered is different from what was ordered.
In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Brief description of the issue
Once verified, weโll process:
- A replacement (if available), or
- A full refund to your original payment method within 7โ10 business days
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used medicine packs
- Medicines ordered by mistake
- Products not stored as per label instructions (e.g., refrigeration)
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
4. Coming Soon Products
We list some products as โComing Soonโ. You cannot place an order for these items until they are made available. Stay tuned!
